Privacy

This notice explains what Hasty Exit does with your information when you text us for a call, buy a call, or tell someone about the service from your own phone.

Who we are

Robert Welsh is the data controller. Postal address: c/o Carter & Co, 19 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester LE19 4SA, United Kingdom. Contact: automakesail@gmail.com.

What we need

We do not keep the wording of your texts. We do not receive your contacts. If you tell a friend, that happens in your own messages app. We do not learn who you told, and we do not count how many people you told.

How long we keep your number

We keep your mobile number on the call request so we can place the call you asked for. We remove it when the call reaches a final state, and the request itself expires within 24 hours. We do not keep your number on the longer call-outcome record.

Credits, rate limits, and line-type checks use a keyed code derived from your number, not the number itself. A line-type result is kept for about 30 days. Rate-limit counters expire within minutes. An opt-out is kept for 400 days so we continue to respect it. Call credits are kept for 400 days from the last time one is added.

Who helps us

We do not sell your information. We text and call only the person who texted us.

If you leave your email

If you ask to hear when Hasty Exit launches, we keep the email address you give us and the time you sent it. If the link you followed included a short label for where it was shared, we keep that too. We use the email only to tell you when the service launches. We do not write to you about anything else. Email automakesail@gmail.com if you want it deleted.

Your choices

Text STOP and we will not text or call you again. Text START if you want to use the service later. To ask for a copy of your information, or for deletion, email automakesail@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
